DDR tool test of new custom board

Hello

I made a new board with reference to EVK(8MMINILPD4+BB).
AP, DDR, eMMC, etc. are all configured like EVK.
However, the USB OTG part for image download uses micro USB instead of type-C.
Therefore, all circuits such as Type-C side ICs were removed.

A new board was made and DDR TOOL tested.
Tested with EVK and became PASS
But new board has failed
The circuits and ICs are the same as the EVK.

 I use this script ( mx8mm_micron_lpddr4_2gb_2d_1500m_200m_50m_32bit_1cs_RPAv15.ds)

Please tell me what I need to check.

Hi Danny

for new memory part it is necessary to use RPA tool

(MX8M_Mini_LPDDR4_RPA_v15.xlsx) available on

i.MX8 MSCALE SERIES DDR Tool Release (V3.00) 

also if none test passed, check signals with oscilloscope, use

as reference i.MX 8M Mini Hardware Developer’s Guide
