DDR stress test result write to flash_header.S

I follow the option 1 in this file.i.MX6/7 DDR Stress Test Tool V3.00 

my config like this and calibration success.But I don't known if this is right setup.

I known need write calibration parameter write into flash_header.S.Is there any documentation on how to write it?I don't understand how to modify this file.

there is no documentation for changing flash_header.S, it is necessary

to check Reference Manual with description of MMDC registers, also may be useful
