DDR simulation imx8mm

I want to run a DDR simulation for a imx8mm, do you have a similar tool that actually support this?

If not, what would be an alternative?

Actually we do not have any simulation tool for DDR, the similar thing that we have is the DDR stress tool, please take a look,
