DDR configurations for iMX8M mini

Hi,

I am planning to use Nanya DDR part NT6AN512T32AV with iMx8m mini processor. I have filled the XLS sheet MX8M_Mini_LPDDR4_RPA_v22.xlsx with required details. Can anyone review the configuration and confirm if the filled details are correct.

Hi @jiju,

I hope you are doing well.

The value for "Number of COLUMN Addresses" shall be 10 as per the datasheet. The rest configurations in the table are good to go.
