DDR calibration failed and not able to flash image using mfgtool

Hi

We were using imx6ull based custom device. We were trying to calibrate the data using DDR Stress tool but not able to get success. I have attached the error logs of the DDR calibration test.

Also we have trying for flash the image to the device using mfgtool, but there were some issues on flashing the image. mfgtool.log file is also attached here for reference.

Processor: imx6ull

DRAM: 256Mb (windbond)

eMMC: 4 GB

Please guide us for the same. Thank you in advance.

for new board (or processor) recommended to run ddr test and update Mfg Tool firmware
image with new ddr calibration coefficients found from ddr test.
Update coefficients in uboot/../mx6sabresd/mx6q_4x_mt41j128.cfg (in case i.MX6Q) and
rebuild Mfg Tool firmware (files in ../firmware folder, fsl-image-mfgtool-initramfs-imx_mfgtools.cpio.gz.u-boot). Regarding DQS gating calibration errors, this may be due to ddr layout, one can recheck

it with Hardware Development Guide for the i.MX 6ULL Applications Processor
