Hi,

We have got IMX6D board which is designed based of IMX6D reference design and only changing in memory technology. Reference design is based on DDR3 where as our board is having 2x32 LPDDR2 (Micron's MT42L128M64D2LL-25 AT:A).

When we arr running, DDrR stress test is not running completely. It is stucking in between. and also it is showing as single channel LPDDR2.

I have attached Datasheet for LPDDR2, Stress test output and script file generated for LPDDR2. Why it is giving read values as 0x1111 whereas it should give 8 values( like 0x11111111)

ABS_OFFSET=0x00000000result[00]=0x1111
ABS_OFFSET=0x04040404result[01]=0x1111
ABS_OFFSET=0x08080808result[02]=0x1111
ABS_OFFSET=0x0C0C0C0Cresult[03]=0x1111

Hi,

This has worked well. We have made boot_cfg3[4] high (EIM_A20) bit high which is required for 2x32 channel mode.

Hello,

  Please create SR with schematic attcahed to the SR - I think it makes sense to

look at the scheme at first.

Regards,

Yuri.
