DDR_Stress_Tester_for MX51_MX53

I can start the android system and also use the console,  but I can't use the DDR_Stress_Tester_for MX51_MX53 tools.

The error info :

rom_check_hab: reading ERROR ack failed 0x0

I have encountered before, but the solution.

You must determine the UART1 .boot0 and boot1 are 1.8V

the Serial toolsVCC is 3.3V

I had set cpu in serial mod, I can use the tools on the QSB board. Thanks!

I've put the CPU in Serial mode and Run DDR test, It's giving below output.

Does above output means DDR test is failed? OR Is it still running?

Is there source code available for this stress tester tool(DDR_Stress_Tester_for MX51_MX53)?

i.MX53 should be in serial (UART / USB) boot mode for the DDR stress tester.
