DCSS issue on imx8m quadlite with 4.14.78

We encountered "dcss is diabled on i.MX8MQL" with L4.14.78 kernel on our board. The processor is iMX8M QuadLite.

So we can't use HDMI. But no this issue with L4.9.88 kernel.

one can try latest L4.14.98 as it has additional DCSS fuse check :

check_dcss_fused()
