Current of LDOs on RT1064

Hi all,

I'm currently calculating trace widths for a PCB with the RT1064 processor. I'm attempting to find the current for VDD_HIGH_CAP, VDD_SNVS_CAP, and NVCC_PLL, but can't find much in the datasheet or reference manual. Does anyone know what these values would be?

Hi @JRSlayV ,

  We don't have the directly current for the VDD_HIGH_CAP, VDD_SNVS_CAP, and NVCC_PLL.

Just the power down mode:

If you need it, you may also test the NXP MIMXRT1064-EVK board, the related point current, then add some margin, let it as the reference data.
