We are using Micron DDR4 , MT40A2G8, 2 chipset(i.e, totally 4GB DDR4), for IMX8mini
Although we can 'Download' with NXP mscale_ddr_tools_v3.30, but when we click "Calibration", it failed. We doubt our RPA Excel file is not correct.
Could someone give us a correct RPA Excel file for above 'Micron DDR4 , MT40A2G8, 2 chipset(i.e, totally 4GB DDR4),'?
The Excel RPA file we used is attached here, any help would be appreciated, thank you very much!
