Could not find /dev/spidev file , after burn image into my IMX6ULL using mfg tools

Hi ,

I face some problem in finding spidev in my linux.

I have successfully burn zImage into my IMX6ULL EVK BOARD using the example mfg-tools as stated below.

May i know what should i do in order to make the spidev to appear in my dev folder?  and also i could not find .dts file as well.
