Configuring imx6 USB OTG port as USB Host by default

We would like to configure imx6 USB OTG port in USB Host mode by default. We have not used USB OTG ID pin in our HW.

Could you please advise the SW changes required to do the same?

After the device is connected when the imx6 is in Host mode,  we would like to do role switch in the software to make imx6 to work in device mode.

is this possible with above mentioned procedure?
