I used the tool to set up RTS and CTS.
TX and RX are fixed.
Swapping RTS and CTS with the tool did not result in an error.
The RX and TX were able to communicate on the board, but the RTS and CTS signals collided.
Can I change only RTS and CTS like a tool?
It is fixed by the DCE / DTE register.
Is there a way to change only CTS and RTS?
Is there a register that can disable the DCE / DTE register?
