Our customer has question below.

Would you Please indicate the pressure Measurement results or simulation results to determine that on the practical use

when added compression load to 100 N (10 kg), 300N (30 kg), 1000 N (100 kg) at the i.MX6SLX BGA package.

(Verify the presence or absence of stress to the internal circuit of IMX6SLX. ）
