Compatibility of PF4210 with KITPF0100SKTEVBE Programmer

I would appreciate it if anyone who has experience with this could provide some information on whether or not the PF4210 can be programmed with the KITPF0100SKTEVBE programmer. If it is not compatible, I would also be interested in learning about any alternative programming solutions that could work with the PF4210.

For programming PF4210 please use KITPFPGMEVME PF Series Programmer.
