Cannot connect iMX 8QM MEK kit with PC via J-link

Hi, i'm using iMX 8QM MEK kit and having an error when connect kit with PC via Segger J-Flash V7.86. I did following "Getting started with MCUXpresso SDK", but error is "Failed to connect. Could not establish a connection to target". How can I connect kit with J-link segger? I'm using JLink plus to connect. Thanks!
