Can we do DDR stress test for multiple custom boards using one PC ?

Hi All,

Can we run DDR stress test tool V2.60 for multiple custom hardware design boards using only one PC ? Are there any software which can run DDR stress test for multiple boards in one time using one PC ?

If I'm referring to 100 products from same hardware design like same DDR RAM design and RAM chips do we need to do the memory calibration and stress test for all the 100 units ?

Hi Peter

there is no need to run calibration on every board.  For example take a random
5 - 10 boards and run the stress test a few times on each board (~5).
One can run the test at extreme temperatures, then obtain an average value.
Again run stress test at extreme temperatures to make sure they are valid.
Once it passed on all boards, there is no need to run it again unless one
redesigns the board layout.

Unfortunately on one DDR tester tool it is not possible to run stress test for multiple boards.
