Can't boot from the NAND FLASH on our custom imx6ul board

Hi ,

Our custom imx6ul board can't boot from the NAND Flash after we burn in the nand flash via the micro-SD.

We just chose  the Micron MT29F32G08CBADBWP MLC NAND FLASH. We had found the nand flash hardware infomation when we burn in the nand flash via micro-SD:

nand: device found, Manufacturer ID: 0x2c, Chip ID: 0x44
nand: Micron MT29F32G08CBADBWP
nand: 4096MiB, MLC, page size: 8192, OOB size: 744
gpmi-nand 1806000.gpmi-nand: Default ecc strength(52) is beyond our capability(40). Try to use maximum ecc strength controller

After burn in, we had set boot mode as below:

Boot_cfg1[0:1]  = 00 (3 row address bytes)

Boot_cfg1[2:3] = 00 (1 nand device)

Boot_cfg1[4:5] = 11 (256 pages per block)

Boot_cfg1[6] = 0

Boot_cfg1[7] = 1 (nand boot)

But we boot from NAND flash failed. There is no any boot log in cosole. Please help us for this issue.

Thanks.
