Can i.MX6 MIPI-CSI capture YUV400 and YUV444?

Hi community,

I have a question about i.MX6 MIPI-CSI.

Please see chapter 41.2 in IMX6SDLRM Rev.1, it says these formats are supported.

RGB, YUV and RAW color space definitions

From 24-bit down to 6-bit per pixel

According to this description, YUV400 (14-bit) and YUV444 (24-bit) are supported.

However, these format is not mentioned in chapter 41.5.x.

So I want to confirm whether i.MX6 MIPI-CSI can capture YUV400 and YUV444.

Would you let me know it?

It is supported but it is not implemented. You would need to implement by on your side.
