Can be used with DDR3 16BIT Single with I.MX7D ?

Hi All 

I am planning to use NXP MCIMX7D5EVM10SD product, I have a problem in using DDR3.

Our plan is to use DDR3 16-bit single.

I would like to know if you can use 16-bit DDR3 as a single in the i.MX7D and if it is available, what are the requirements?

16 bit ddr can be used by selection of DATA_BUS_WIDTH field DDRC_MSTR register as

described in sect.9.2.5.2.1 Master Register (DDRC_MSTR) i.MX7D Reference Manual
