Can Imx6 solo boots up using Raw Nand Flash

Hi 

I am working over the Imx6 solo based target board. In my design , Raw Nand is connected to IMX6 solo over GPMI interface. My questions are :

1. Can Imx6 solo boot from Raw Nand flash.

2. whats the difference  in booting from OneNand Flash  and Raw Nand Flash.

3. Can we program uboot over Raw Nand flash using Jtag programmer. 

Please suggest.

OneNAND has general purpose SRAM-like interface and it treated as NOR.

Raw NAND has different interface and is supported, using i.MX6 GPMI.

Actually i.MX6S can boot from raw nand flash.
However it requires many changes in kobs-ng and MFGtool.
