Hi all

I am considering a system using the IMX 8 M Mini.

Therefore, I want to know whether IMX 8M Mini can output to 3 displays Physically with MIPI - DSI + bridge IC.

Does anyone know about it?

For now, it seems that Dual Display can be done with TI's SN65 DSIXX bridge IC. However, I can not find a bridge IC that can be used for triple display.

Best Regards

Hi Takashi

seems not as Mini has not DCSS and HDMI compared with i.MX8M.

One can consider custom fpga bridge or other interfaces with LCD like spi

OK. I'll consider in the configuration of MIPI - DSI + custom FPGA as follows.

[IMX8M Mini] <-- MIPI-DSI -->[Custom FPGA/PLD]<--LVDS/RGB-->[Display * 3]

Three of the 800 x 480 displays may look like 2400 x 480 from the CPU, but I think that I can do that.
