Hi NXP Team,

I am working on one project where currently I have interfaced 2xDDR3L with i.MX6SoloX. The current DDR is 256Mx16bit of memory size and processor is supporting 32-bit data for DRAM.

But now in my next revision, I want to use single DDR3L so Can I use single 256Mx16bit data DDR3L?(Means I will DNP one DDR3L from two) or I need to use single 128Mx32bit data to use 512MB of RAM.

Note: Current interface is same as per iMX6SoloX EVK.

Thank you,

Nilav.

yes, you can connect 16bits, and  you need to use D0 to D15,

you also can refer to the script which is for MT41K256M16JT-125 and only one chip selected is used

i.MX6SX DDR3 Script Aid
