Can I get a list of memory(memory MCP)?

I am preparing to design with i.MX7.

I want to use a Memory MCP(Multichip Package, NAND + DRAM).

Is there a list of tested memories?

Hi Park

I am afraid such list is not available. NXP i.MX7D reference design does not use MCP :

Schematics (2)
Design files for i.MX 7Dual (REV D)
Design files, including hardware schematics, Gerbers, and OrCAD files for i.MX 7Dual (REV D)
i.MX 7Dual Arm Cortex-A7 Processor|NXP
