Camera module brand and part number used in SABRE Tablet

I would like to know the maker and model number of the 5MP camera module use in the SABRE Tablet design.

The reference schematic only mentioned the sensor IC part is OV5642.  We want to see if we can use the exact module on our system, and save the development cost.

Yes, if possible, we would like to get the exact same module.

The camera sensor is an omnivision OV5642.
