CPU is rebooting automatically from bmode USB serial download mode at CPU junction temp above 70 deg

Hi,

We are using IMX6ULL in our device. We are validating an experiment of flashing CPU FW at high temperature. We observed that CPU is rebooting automatically from serial download mode when CPU junction temperature above 70 deg C. We are not facing any issue while flashing at below 70 degree C and while flashing by using HW boot control pin.

Let us know what could be the issue.

We observed this issue only at serial download mode. At the same temperature booting process, normal working process are performing well.

It happens only in Download serial mode? Have you tried run a BSP at same temperature?
