CFImager needed for Win10 IoT FW flashing to SD

We're going to prepare Win10 IoT Demo on top of i.MX 8M Mini.

Can you please provide us with CFImager Tool what mentioned at Win10 IoT Quick Start Guide?

The provided link is working fine in my case and I was able to download the "CFImager.v1.7.3.001_bin_2bsrc.zip" file.
