I have created a custom board with an i.MX251 based on the PDK, but I have changed the RAM and flash. When using the Advanced Toolkit, the RAM changes can be handled with a simple script, but the flash change means the image downloaded to the processor for flash access needs to be rebuilt. Before going through this process, I wanted to see if anyone has already done this for a Samsung K9F1208U0C. Or if anybody knows where I might be able to download an image for this particular flash.
