Boundary Scan of I.MX515

Can't enter into boundary scan mode when debug MCIMX515DJM8C.Only can read high with INSTRUCTION_CAPTURE.

I test it with MX51_19x19_TO3_BSDL_1.BSDL,which is dowloaded in NXP official website.

If it need some other sequence to enter into the boundary scan mode?

Hi Young

for boundary scan  JTAG_MOD (SJC_MOD)
should be high level,  this pin is sampled at TRST reset.
Other jtag signals are described in Table 4 "JTAG Controller
Interface Summary" i.MX51 Datasheet. Please check that these signals are
voltage level comparible with used jtag hardware.

 Also please check that clocks are present on i.MX51 - crystal 24MHz and CKIL.
