Hello,

I am trying to run a boundary scan on MCIMX6Q5EYM12AD using J-link from IAR Systems and TopJTAG Probe software tool. Below is the board settings which I have used

TEST_MODE is Low;

JTAG_MOD is High;

POR_B is High;

BOOT_MODE[1:0] is [1:0].

When I try to detect the JTAG devices connected, it shows No JTAG Chain Detected. Kindly help me resolve this issue.

Thanks

Bhagath

Hi Bhagath

one can check jtag signal levels for both processor and JTAG device,

check clocks and power supplies described in i.MX6 System Development User’s Guide

https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/user-guide/IMX6DQ6SDLHDG.pdf

[SOLVED] How to do a simple JTAG (boundary) scan? - J-Link/Flasher related - SEGGER - Forum

Isues with usage TopJTAG Probe software can be posted on support forum for that software.
