Booting the system using interrupt

Can I use any external interrupt to turn the  processor IMX6UL ON after power off, with out using ON/OFF pin?

Can I utilize one of the temper pin to detect the a high voltage in OFF condition and then using other temper pin provide a pulse on ONOFF pin to turn the PMIC ON?
