Hello,

I am configuring Boot_CFG.

BOOT_CFG1[0] is boot search count of FCB and DBBT.

BOOT_CFG[11] is reserved with default value High-Z but I think it should be pulled Up/Down.

I checked reference manual section about this but still confused about these bits.

Could someone please explain how to configure these two bits?

Thanks,

Tarek

Hi,
Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products and for the opportunity to serve you.
1) Could someone please explain how to configure these two bits?
-- Regarding SEMC (NAND) boot, the BOOT_CFG[11] doesn't work at all, in another word, it won't affect the boot-up process no matter of the value is.
Have a great day,
TIC
