Booting IMXRT1170

Hello,

For our customized board I would like to verify the booting process. I understand that the boot mode has to be 10 for internal mode; FlexSPI 1 in boot configuration and it is basically booting from the QSPI Flash (S25WP128-JBLE) but what is the use of the Octal Flash here (MX25UM51345GXDI00) ?

If I am correct the application has to be downloaded the first time using J-Link and serial download mode (01) to the QSPI Flash; booting configuration are not required to be changed for Jtag connection.

For our board we are also looking to boot from serial download (01) into the NAND Flash using USB OTG1 or UART and MCU BootUtility ? is this Possible?

-- The RT MCU can boot from the Octal Flash besides QSPI flash.
