Boot from QSPI-NOR flash without SDcard on IMX7

i'm using a i.MX7Dual SABRE and I want to boot use QSPI-NOR flash. 

but for my personal reasons, I can't use the SD card.

I changed the resistance setting by referring to the post below and tried to write without SD card using mfgtool, but it did not work as expected. Is this impossible at all or am I not trying to do it right?

Are you using the MCIMX7SABRE  board from NXP? If yes,  you need to follow it.

Which version BSP are you using?

Sorry for my belated reply. 

I couldn't care because of the holidays and other tasks.The BSP version I'm currently using is 5.4.70_2.3.0, and it seems to be a problem with the board from what the company found out.
Because it is not a regular board, but a little customized board.
