I have a custom board with IMX6 and WIFI/BT combo that uses Broadcom 43438 running NXP Android 9.
Bluetooth classic works as expected, but BLE works only as client. When I try using application that works as a server (advertiser) I get messages that my device not support it (BLEScanner APP) or ADVERTISE_FAILED_TOO_MANY_ADVERTISERS (BLE TOOL APP).
Someone has experience with BLE and Android to explain what could be wrong? The module provider send me the more recent HCD file, but behavior is the same.
Do I have to enable something in Android that is disable by default? Is the HCD file that have to enable the functionallity?
Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Leonardo
Unfortunately the Broadcomm Module, it was deprecated, since NXP already have their own Wifi/BT modules, and the BSP was never updated to have support of BLE. Please contact the Module Maker in order to get a more update driver to get the BLE support of the Device Working.
I apologize for the inconvenience.
