Hi, I am using Aptina 5Mp sensor for capturing an image attached to IMX6 wandboard.
once demosiacing is performed on bayer data. The image has quadrant like structure means(there are four plane in the image), sometime possibly two planes.
i don't understand where is the problem?
or what extra image processing has to be done ?
do stitching is required for processing correct image?
Also,
I have Fish-eye lens and using following algorithm to correct lens distortion.

this is not correcting the image properly.
