Hi,

In Document Number: IMX6SDLIEC Data Sheet: Technical Data for i.MX 6Solo/6DualLite Applications Processors, IPUx_DISPx_DAT00 to IPUx_DISPx_DAT07 lines as 8-bit YCrCb Y/C[0] to Y/C[7] data lines.

As we want the video in YCbCr & not YCrCb, which pins shall we use?

Hi Emil

datasheet provides available formats in Table 63. Camera Input Signal Cross

Reference, Format, and Bits Per Cycle and these are only available formats.

http://cache.freescale.com/files/32bit/doc/data_sheet/IMX6SDLCEC.pdf

Other formats can be handled as “generic-data” input.

Best regards
igor

Hi Igor,

pastedImage_1.png

I wanted to know if BT.656 8-BIT YCbCr data output to display can be obtained

pastedImage_3.png

Here in the datasheet, it is given that IPU_DISPx_DAT00 to IPU_DISPx_DAT07 pins to be used for YCrCb 8-bit data.

What is to be done for YCbCr & not YCrCb?
