I can see that NXP has a BSP which supports i.MX6 UltraLite with uC/OS III.
Do you have BSP which can be used with uC/OS III and has support for MAC/NIC and USB so I can use uC/OS stacks for it?

The Micrium uC/OS RTOS and tools are provided and supported by Micrum so I would recommend contacting them directly for more information on the features available as part of their uC/OS-III with support for the i.MX6 processors.
