Hi all, 

Currently I can not access the NAND flash via iMX25 CPU for re-flash by using ATK 1.66. A friend of mine show me that he can re-flash via ATK 1.67. I have tried search for the software version 1.67 on NXP network but there is no such a version. I really need your advice. Please help me to find the software or teach me how to re-flash in another way.

Hi Joan Xie,

Can you share with me the initial flash file to flash NAND IC: MT29F2G08ABBEAHC-ITE. The ATK 1.7 doesn't support this kind of flash. We are looking forward to hearing from you soon.
