Asking for I.MX6 Sololite + DDR3 reference design

Hi, 

 I am  developing i.MX6 Sololite with DDR3 1GB ram. However I am unable to find the reference design (schematic, gerber  and layout). I can  only find ref design fro SoloLite + DDR2. How can I download those information from NXP ?
