Anyone tried SSD with i.MX53 QSB?

I want to use a SSD as a boot and storage media with the QSB, so I want to know your experience as what type of SSD would be fit, USB or SATA.

I am looking for the forum/topics/how-to-prepare-sats-disk. Cannot find it does it still exist? I am designing a imx53 with iSSD sandisk sata drive so far unable to see ssd.
