sEncHdrParam.headerType = SPS_RBSP;
ret = vpu_EncGiveCommand(InHandle, ENC_PUT_AVC_HEADER, &sEncHdrParam);
To obtain the value of the SPS and ret = RETCODE_SUCCESS,sEncHdrParam.size = 0
why?

which param need to be setted, mvc_paraset_refresh_en？I has setted, but return size is zero also
