About the maximum capacity of ECSPI of i.MX6Solo

Dear All,

Would you teach the maximum capacity which ECSPI of i.MX6Solo supports?

We want to connect SPI-NOR Flash of 512Mbit to eCSPI.
We want to know whether eCSPI of MX6Solo will support this.

   Usually SPI NOR is used for boot : the ECSPI can read data from EEPROM using 2 or 3 byte addressing.

Three byte addressing means 16 MB.
