Dear all,

We have a question about Absolute Maximum Ratings for i.MX6Solo.

We found a difference between Rev5 and Rev6 of Datasheet.

For IMX6SDLCEC Rev. 5, 06/2015,
 - VDD_ARM_IN Max value is 1.5V.
 - VDD_ARM_CAP Max value is 1.3V.

For IMX6SDLCEC Rev. 6, 08/2016,
 - VDD_ARM_IN Max value is 1.6V. (LDO enabled)
 - VDD_ARM_CAP Max value is 1.4V. (LDO enabled)

Would you tell me the reason why these values were changed to?

Best Regards,
Yuuki

Hello,

According to section 7 (Revision History) of the Datasheet IMX6SDLCEC Rev. 6, 08/2016 :

"All maximum voltages increased (improved)." This is result of more careful testing.

Have a great day,
Yuri
