About specifications of the PWM output of i.MX6

We want to use PWM of i.MX6.
We need the following specifications.

- 9.6KHz +/- 0.5% tolerance
- 104.2usec +/- 0.5% tolerance

Can the PWM output meet these specifications?

yes PWM output meets these specifications, as

processor clocks are derived from 24MHz and it is quite

accurate, as describes Table 2-20. 24 MHz crystal tolerance guidelines
