About imx6 I2S

I want to use I2S of imx6 as bellow:

imx6 receives data via RX of I2S-X(X:1 or 2 or 3) from peripheral device ,While it is transmitting data via TX of I2S-X.

I don't know whether my idea is right or not.

Could you help me?

Of course, you can simultaneously receive data through RX pin and transmit data through TX pin of the same SSI module in I2S mode.
