Can i.MX7D SABER board perform DDR3 calibration and Script Aid via USB (connector number: J25)?

Hi goto11@wantsinc.jp,

Yes, you can use the J25 connector for the DDR stress test or calibration. You just need to use i.mx as peripheral mode.
