About efficiency data of PCA9450AA

Dear

A customer takes I.MX8M Mini + PCA9450AA into consideraiton for new project.

Due to application function, Customer'd like to check below things before circuit decision.

Could you allow me have tips?

1) is therer Efficiency data of PCA9450A's Power rail, Specially for buck1~6?

2)  From the datashee of PCA9450A, additional LDO is recommended to supply 1.2V to VDD_MIPI_1P2.

  According to desing concept, Customer has idea not using MIPI-DSI. So he wants not to connect VDD_MIPI_1P2 because table 40.  Power consumption of VDD_MIPI_1P2 on MIPI PHY wrost power dissipation of datasheet  is Zero mw  when MIPI DSI isn't enabled.

 is it possible to float VDD_MIPI_1P2 ball when MIPI DSI isn't used?

Hello,

1)

The DC resistance of the inductance influences directly the efficiency of the converter. Therefore, an inductor with lowest DC resistance must be selected for highest efficiency. If you need the exact efficiency data for each buck with our tests, you need an NDA and submit a ticket on our portal.

2)

Only if MIPI-CSI and MIPI-DSI are not used:

- VDD_MIPI_1P8, VDD_MIPI_1P2, VDD_MIPI_0P9 can be left unconnected.

- MIPI_CSI_CLK_P/N, MIPI_CSI_Dx_P/N should be tied to ground.

- MIPI_DSI_CLK_P/N, MIPI_DSI_Dx_P/N, MIPI_VREG_CAP can be left unconnected.

Regarding the first inquiry, Customer( Viewworks) has NDA , doc number VIE-81767.

Could you please allow me get efficiency related documents ? and if need further process, Please me know what I need to do.
