About connection of IMX7 and LPDDR3

Hi There,

I want to check for IMX7.
I want to connect the IMX7 and LPDDR3.
Do you have a document that describes the pin mapping of LPDDR3 ?

The IMX6, there was pin mapping of LPDDR2.
 Applications Processor Reference Manual -  Multi Mode DDR Controller (MMDC) - LPDDR2 and DRAM pin mux mapping
