Hello,Community
About PMIC_ON_REQ in Figure 6-4. Chip reset scheme under PMU control in i.MX 7 Dual Applications Processor Reference Manual
There is a pull-up resistor in the signal line from FSM to PMIC_ON_REQ.
What is the value of the pull-up resistor?

Hi Goto,
This is the reply from our expert:
Can not find the detail information about pull-up for PMIC_ON_REQ in design, and we have no resource to check the imx7d layout;
You can try to do followng test to measure internal pull-up for PMIC_ON_REQ :
---try different external resistor, and measure the voltage on pad PMIC_ON_REQ , and then caculate the internal pull-up;
Hope this can do help for you
Have a nice day

Hi Goto,
Here is the update from our expert team:
What is the customer purpose for this ticket ?
Normally we have internal pull-up for PMIC_ON_REQ.
Hope this can do help for you.

Hello,
There is a resistance component in the external input circuit connected to the PMIC_ON_REQ pin.
This is to check whether the voltage divided by internal pull-up for PMIC_ON_REQ is within the standard value of the external input circuit.
